Claire Khattar is a certified Executive and Team Coach and organisational consultant with 20+ years’ experience across HR, People & Culture, and operations, including work across the MENA region. She has personally navigated repeated transitions—relocation, career change, identity shifts, conflict, and redundancy—which deeply informs how she supports others through change.
A graduate of the INSEAD Executive Master in Change, Claire brings a systemic and psychodynamic lens to leadership, culture, and transition. She is Hogan certified, an EMCC Practitioner, and a volunteer contributor to the EMCC Global Team Coaching Centre of Excellence.
